Bring your thing. Everyone is encouraged to know who they are and bring the thing that makes them special, and then we make it bigger. Dance x OT was born because Lucy loves dance. There is no idea we will not explore.
A real team, across disciplines. Quarterly whole-team case conferences, fortnightly clinical case conferences across disciplines, an internal NDIS specialist you meet with weekly, and your own clinical supervision. You are never working alone.

We are genuinely like family.

We leave our ego at the door. We show up as ourselves, and we are honest with each other, with love. Every Friday we do a wellness walk together, because we genuinely prioritise our time as a team. Every month we get together to celebrate each other, and we nominate each other for awards. In September we go to Bali for our annual planning day, and there is the Christmas party too. It is, genuinely, an incredible place to come to work.

It helps, but it is not essential. We have strong systems and real supervision, so we can support a great clinician to learn the NDIS side well.
